The Rad Tech Revolution

You went into healthcare to build a life, not to lose it.

Whether you're a student figuring out where to start, a tech who loves the career but needs to protect your peace, or someone who's burned out and ready for something different.. this is the room that was built for all of it.

Excuse me while I paint the picture of your worst nightmare..

You wake up before your shift crossing your fingers that that one order happy ER doctor is not on schedule today. You drive in repeating to yourself: โ€œToday's going to be better. Today's going to be better. Today's going to be better.โ€ You even picked up your favorite coffee on the way to glamorize your shift.

But as soon you step through the doors.. BOOM ๐Ÿ’ฅ

The tension in the department is palpable. The previous shift is pissed from a horrible night

There's ten orders on the board to be done and the pagers going off for another stat

The floor is calling asking when their patient is going to be done.

You have no idea who the patient is or what exam they need because you just clocked in..

Talk about being over-fucking-stimulated before the day even begins.

It feels like herding cattle..

One patient off the table, another one thrown on.
You call for lift help and aren't even surprised to hear, "oh no, I'm sorry, there's no one available,".
It's just you and a patient twice your size who looks at you and apologizes for not being able to move themselves. Gut punch. You're frustrated as hell that you even have to move them, but now you're twinged with the feeling of guilt because it's not the patient's fault either.

"Are we ever going to get some help around here!?"

You go to hit the exposure button, the phone rings and before you can eve get out hello you hear: "can you get room 7 down sooner rather than later?"
You feel the agitation rising in your throat and you snap back that you'll scan them next if someone can bring them. But of course suddenly the patient's not a stat anymore and they can wait until you can come and get them.

You have no idea where your co-worker's at, you've yet to pee, your coffee's cold, and it's not even 10 a.m.

Healthcare Has Changed

And so have you..

Buuuuuttt, we can't skip over the fact that you worked really hard to get to where you're at right now.

Or the messages I receive daily: "I'm considering becoming a Rad Tech, but the negative content scares me. Would you recommend it?"

So, Iโ€™ll hold your hand with love when I say this..

This career can either shake you, or shape you. And it's up to you to decide which road you go down.

People start revolutions when they're sick of waiting for others.

When they've realized that their life is worth standing up and saying: To hell with this!

People also start revolutions together and that's what I'm here to do.

We arenโ€™t lazy because we want better.

Because we refuse to run ourselves into the ground for a job that was meant to give us more stability, financial success, and freedom to live. Not chain us into the dungeon and make us feel guilty for wanting more.

That's exactly what we're doing inside of this community and it starts with you.
It starts with you standing up and saying: โ€œI do deserve better and I'll be damned if I settle for anything less!โ€

The hospital can refer to us as the red-headed stepchild but that's not how weโ€™re gonna live our lives anymore.

The one thing they never taught us? Burnout prevention is the fastest way to enjoy this career AND refuse to let it destroy you.

Quitting won't fix it. Gritting your teeth won't fix it. Waiting for the hospital to wake up sure as hell won't fix it.

Stopping the burnout before it owns you is the whole game.

Hey, I'm Mary ๐Ÿ‘‹๐Ÿผ

My journey as a rad tech didn't start off as butterflies and roses.

I was super clichรฉ and chose healthcare because "I wanted to help people".. not realizing my subconscious was screaming at me to help ten-year-old Mary instead.

I was your definition of the wounded healer.

Having grown up in both an emotionally and physically abusive home, I believed early on that if I ever wanted love, validation, or appreciation.. I needed to give and give and give.

So that's exactly what I did.

Picked up overtime shifts because money talks.
Stopped asking for slide help because I didn't want the eye roll that came with it.
Came home to a husband I loved but couldn't decompress with because how do you explain THIS job to someone who's never done it?

It almost took everything from me. My marriage. My finances. My sanity.

Until the night a patient died on my CT table.

He was young. He had a whole life ahead of him. I had no idea what his story was.

But I knew mine and I was done letting my past determine how I was living my future.

Here's what that moment cracked open for me.

Overcoming burnout in healthcare isn't as simple as working less, quitting your job, or changing careers altogether. Not when your burnout is being fueled by a belief as deeply rooted as mine was: that if I didn't keep showing up exactly the way the hospital needed me to.. I wouldn't be valued.

But on the other side of overcoming it? On the over side of making the hospital work for me? My best life was waiting.

One where I loved my job again but was drinking tequila in Mexico, hiking across Utah, and going to festivals with friends outside of it.

One where I made six figures without overtime because I finally had the nerve to demand what I was worth.

One that gave me opportunities like speaking on stage in Las Vegas and building a business that completely replaced my tech income.

Yes, healthcare is broken. But that doesn't mean you have to be.

This career can either shake you or shape you.

What we do inside the Rad Tech Revolution is take the career you worked so incredibly hard for and mold it into exactly the life you had in mind when you first filled out that program application.

Youโ€™re done settling. Itโ€™s time to start living.

How to walk in on day one without getting taken advantage of for being the new tech.

Burnt Out

YOU'RE RUNNING ON EMPTY AREN'T YOU

You used to love this. Now you come home and can't decompress because how do you explain THIS job to someone who's never spent 12 hours pulling patients and chasing orders that make no sense.

You've tried changing hospitals, changing shifts, changing everything and the fatigue followed you anyway.

That's because the problem was never the hospital. It was what the hospital did to your belief system.

What's Waiting Inside โฌ‡๏ธ

Thriving

YOU LOVE IT & WANT TO STAY POSITIVE

You don't want to quit. You don't want to pivot. You genuinely love being a rad tech. The work, the patients, the adrenaline of a trauma series with zero repeats. What you can't stand is clocking in every day surrounded by hateful Helens.

The negativity. The bitterness. The coworkers who've decided misery is just part of the job description.

You refuse to become that. And you deserve a room full of people who feel the same way.

How We Get Social โฌ‡๏ธ

Career Pivoter

IT'S TIME FOR SOMETHING NEW

Maybe you're ready to take your first travel contract. Maybe you're done with patient care entirely and you're ready to turn what you know into something you own. Maybe you've been traveling for years and you're ready to come home but a staff job feels like going backwards and you need a new plan.

Whatever the pivot looks like.. you need support from someone who's actually taken the non-traditional path and fully replaced her tech income doing it. (Hi, that's me! ๐Ÿ‘‹๐Ÿผ)

Get In Here!

$37/month. Cancel anytime. No contracts, no guilt trips, no "are you sure?" emails. You stay because you want to. And trust me you're going to want to!

THIS IS FOR YOU IF:

  • You still love being a rad tech, or you used to and you want that feeling back.

  • You're done playing by the hospitals' rules and ready to make the career work for YOU!

  • You want to feel like a human in a job that treats you like a vending machine

  • You believe wanting more isn't selfish (or want to!).

  • You're ready to actually do the work, not just complain about the work (although the venting is welcome and frankly required).

THIS IS NOT FOR YOU IF

  • You want someone to fix this for you. I'm a guide, not a magic wand (although I LOVE Harry Potter, so how cool would that be๐Ÿช„).

  • You think the hospital is going to wake up any day now and start treating you right.

  • You're looking for a quick fix you'll scroll past in three days.

  • You're not actually willing to change a damn thing about how you treat yourself.

If you read that second list and felt called out, I see you. Come anyway. We'll meet you where you are.

Maybe the system really was built to work against us..

But maybe we were never meant to oblige. ๐Ÿ˜ˆ

Itโ€™s time for us to stand up and start the rebellion. We were never meant to be robots. We were meant to be humans caring for other humans and that starts with caring for us. That's exactly what I'm here to help you do. Normalize being a human before you're a rad tech living your life before living the hospital's life.

Being completely boldly and unapologetically you and start reaping the benefits of everything that you have worked so hard for.

I'm not a rad tech, but work in healthcare. Is this for me?

Yes. If you wear the โ€œhealthcare heroโ€ cape, get treated like the red headed step child, and have ever been called "just" anything by someone who couldn't do your job for ten minutes, you belong here. The subconscious reprogramming is built around burnout patterns, not modality. The community is built around all of us.

I'm exhausted. Is this going to be one more thing on my plate?

No. The whole point of this membership is that you ARE exhausted, and I built it for the rad tech who has thirty minutes between shifts and a stack of laundry. A room you can pop in and out of between shifts. Guided hypnotherapy sessions you can listen to in the car. You pick what you need that week. Nothing is required, everything is there.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Monthly members can cancel at any time before your next billing date. No phone calls, no five-page exit survey. Just click cancel.

Do you offer refunds?

Monthly payments are non-refundable but you can cancel for the next month.

Is this just for women?

Yes. The community is built for women in scrubs specifically. The content applies broadly, but the room is for us.
