The Rad Tech Revolution

A community built by a rad tech, for rad techs and it's almost ready to open its doors.

Doors Open July 13th!

I've been soul searching ✨

And what I kept coming back to was the reason I started this in the first place.

I wanted to build a room.

Not another program. Not another course. Not another place where you have to explain what a rad tech even does.

A room where you walk in and everyone already knows.
Where "are you the nurse?" doesn't exist.
Where you're not the redheaded stepchild of healthcare.
Where someone is finally, loudly, unapologetically cheering for YOU.

That's the Rad Tech Revolution. And I just rebuilt it from the ground up.

I've been there too.

I've worked in over a dozen hospitals across this country. I know what it feels like to love this career and feel completely drained by it at the same time.

This room exists because I needed it once and couldn't find it.

So I built it.

And I'm slashing the price because I want it full. I want every rad tech who needs this to be able to get in.

$37/month. Cancel anytime.

Hey, I'm Mary!

Hey, I’m Mary. Wife, dog mom, coffee snob, martini lover (gin of course!), and quite honestly you’re new best friend - yes, I’m forcing you to be friends with me.

I’ve been a Rad Tech for almost a decade and it feels like yesterday that I finally gathered the courage to tell my therapist about the patient I still saw in my dreams. The one that died on my CT table 8 years ago.

And as I sat across from her with swollen red face, tears running down my cheeks, she looked at me and said “I'm confused why you're upset because don't you just offer a service? Why does his death affect you?”

And it was that moment I realized the system has gone too long using and abusing rad techs but still nobody knows what the hell we do.

After years of feeling like I was screaming into a void trying to ask for validation for the hard work that we do I decided I was sick of waiting for someone to validate me.

It was time for me to become the voice. Not just for me, but for you. For all of us.

I realized my "calling" was never to advocate for patients, but instead advocate for you. Because I never want you to sit across from someone and hear you're “just” anything anymore.

You're somebody. You’re human. And you deserve the respect and care we so freely give to others. So it’s time you have the tools to not go crazy in a system that doesn't see you for who you are.

I appreciate you. I will raise my martini toast to you. And I will continue to be the voice for all of us.

THIS ROOM WAS MADE FOR YOU IF YOU'RE..

🩻 An aspiring rad tech or student trying to figure out where you fit in this field

🩻 A seasoned tech who just wants a space to laugh, vent, and connect with women who get it

🩻 Someone who loves the job (or simply wants to feel sane in it) but needs a post-shift bitch sesh with people who understand

🩻 Questioning whether you even wants to stay in the field anymore and wants real career advice from someone who's actually been there

THIS IS NOT FOR YOU IF

❌You want someone to fix this for you. I'm a guide, not a magic wand (although I LOVE Harry Potter, so how cool would that be🪄).

❌You think the hospital is going to wake up any day now and start treating you right.

❌You're looking for a quick fix you'll scroll past in three days.

❌You're not actually willing to change a damn thing about how you treat yourself.

If you read that second list and felt called out, I see you. Come anyway. We'll meet you where you are.

Just rad techs. In a room that was built for us.

As you can see, the only criteria for being here is simply having RT after your name.

We're all coming in from different spaces. But the point of this is having a space made just for that.

No matter what season you're in.. you're welcome and we're here to support you!
